Site Description:
The applicant proposed to construct and operate a 400-megawatt, solar photovoltaic energy generation facility located within a 3,650 acre site boundary in Lake County, Oregon.
Status:

Terminated. The applicant withdrew the application for site certificate on January 3, 2025 prior to the Department deeming the application complete and issuance of the draft proposed order. Should the applicant decide to revisit the proposal, it would be required to submit a notice of intent to submit an application for site certificate.

Location:

​Lake County, near Christmas Valley.
