Snake River Ethanol

The applicant proposed to construct and operate an ethanol production facility capable of producing approximately 130 million gallons per year, along with other co-products, using corn and sugar as feedstocks.
Terminated. Withdrawn by applicant on March 6, 2009 due to inability to obtain financing. Should the applicant decide to revisit the project, it would be required to begin again with a notice of intent.
