Pachwáywit Fields (FKA Montague Solar Facility) is an operating solar photovoltaic energy generation facility with a peak generating capacity of 162 MWac that occupies 1,189 acres (1.9 square miles) of Exclusive Farm Use zoned land in Gilliam County. | Operating. Commercial operation of the facility commenced on April 25, 2023. On May 27, 2021, the certificate holder submitted information to the Department related to a change in the local economic benefits realized from development of the Montague Solar Facility. On May 4, 2023, the Department, in consultation with Gilliam County representatives, analyzed the changes and determined they do not require an amendment to the site certificate. The certificate holders submitted additional information, as well as the analysis of the Department, in consultation with Gilliam County representatives, which is posted in the project timeline below. The determination will be announced at the next regularly-scheduled Council meeting.

On September 25, 2020, the Energy Facility Siting Council approved Request for Amendment 5 of the Montague Wind Power Facility site certificate, which authorized allocation of previously approved facility components into an amended and two original site certificates for Montague Wind Power Facility, Montague Solar Facility and Oregon Trail Solar Facility, respectively.
