Cascade Crossing

The applicant proposed to construct and operate a 121-mile, 500-kilovolt transmission line between Boardman and the Maupin area. The proposal included constructing four new substations.
Terminated. The applicant withdrew on June 24, 2013, after submittal of the amended application. Should the applicant decide to revisit the project, it would be required to begin again with a notice of intent.
From the Coyote Springs Generating Plant in Boardman to a new Pine Grove substation, approximately 18 miles southwest of Maupin. The line would pass through Morrow, Gilliam, Sherman and Wasco counties.
