Baseline Wind Energy Facility

The applicant proposes to construct and operate an electric generation facility with peak capacity of up to 500 megawatts. The proposed facility would generate power using wind turbines, natural gas-fired thermal generation or a combination of wind and thermal generation.
Terminated. On October 11, 2016, Baseline Wind LLC formally withdrew its application for site certificate with ODOE. This terminates the application review process.
Gilliam County, approximately seven miles south of the city of Arlington.
