Overview
Career and Technical Student Organizations (CTSOs) provide leadership opportunities at the local, state, and national levels. Each organization sponsors events such as state and national skill competitions and leadership training.

Oregon CTE Student Leadership Foundation (OCTESLF)
OCTESLF is dedicated to promoting and facilitating the growth of student leadership in Career and Technical Education. Oregon's official CTSO leadership (DECA, FBLA, FCCLA, FFA, FNRL, HOSA, SkillsUSA, and TSA), along with Oregon Department of Education CTE specialists and industry partners, form the board of this joint coordinating nonprofit organization.

DECA is a Business and Management CTSO preparing emerging leaders and entrepreneurs for careers in marketing, finance, hospitality, and management.

FBLA is a Business and Management/Arts, Information and Communications CTSO preparing student leaders for careers in business and information technology.

FCCLA is a Human Services CTSO preparing students for personal growth and leadership development through Family and Consumer Sciences Education.
Oregon FFA is dedicated to making a positive difference in the lives of students by developing their potential for premier leadership, personal growth, and career success. Agricultural Education prepares students for successful careers and a lifetime of informed choices in global agriculture, food, fiber, and natural resources systems.

The Oregon Future Natural Resource Leaders (FNRL) is a CTSO dedicated to the support of high school students who are interested in pursuing educational and career opportunities within the Natural Resources/Forestry sectors. The focus of the FNRL Association is to provide career-related activities that support the development of smart, strong, and safe students, workers, and citizens. Key tenets of the FNRL are to understand the environmental, social, and economic benefits of Natural Resources/Forestry management.
HOSA is a Health Science CTSO preparing student leaders for careers in the medical, dental, and healthcare industry.
