Data collection and reporting have been a part of CTE since 1998. Specific indicators have changed over time, but the importance of using data from secondary and postsecondary institutions to inform decisions has been consistent. The following links provide relevant information and resources:

Data Collection Committee Listserv signup link - CTE data managers and/or reviewers join this listserv to receive updates and other information on data collections, data validations, and other ODE data processes and regulations.

Secure File Transfer Service - Any information that could personally identify a student must be sent via secure file transfer, and is not appropriate for email or email attachment.
Look up your District Security Administrator (DSA) - This person grants access to apps within the Central Login on the District Site.
Central Login on the District Site - Once logged in, look for these CTE-related applications (apps) as relate to your position:
- CTE Information System (CTE IS) - for program applications and updates
- Consolidated Collections - for CTE Student and CTE Course data submissions
- Achievement Data Insight (ADI) - for Perkins CTE 90% Reports and Validation
