Career and Technical Student Organizations (CTSOs) provide leadership opportunities at the local, state, and national levels. Each organization sponsors events such as state and national skill competitions and leadership training.

OCTESLF is dedicated to promoting and facilitating the growth of student leadership in Career and Technical Education. Oregon's official CTSO leadership (DECA, FBLA, FCCLA, FFA, FNRL, HOSA, SkillsUSA, and TSA), along with Oregon Department of Education CTE specialists and industry partners, form the board of this joint coordinating nonprofit organization.

Oregon Future Natural Resource Leaders (FNRL)
The Oregon Future Natural Resource Leaders (FNRL) is a CTSO dedicated to the support of high school students who are interested in pursuing educational and career opportunities within the Natural Resources/Forestry sectors. The focus of the FNRL Association is to provide career related activities that support the development of smart, strong, and safe students, workers, and citizens. Key tenets of the FNRL are to understand the environmental, social, and economic benefits of Natural Resources/Forestry management.
