USDA Foods Training Resources

Required ODE USDA Foods Program Training Course 

NSLP CNP Managers and SFSP Food Program Coordinators are required to take the USDA Foods Program training course to comply with the USDA Foods Program requirements. In addition, anyone responsible for ordering and receiving USDA Foods is required to take the appropriate training course modules. ODE may assign a training module as technical assistance throughout the school year as needed. The training course includes 6 modules. Each module has an attestation link for RAs to submit once they completed a module, and then ODE emails them the completion certificate.
