The following are Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) collections submitted by school districts.
All districts are required to complete CEIS annually in the fall. Coordinated Early Intervening Services may be voluntary or required if the district was found to be significantly disproportionate (CCEIS - Comprehensive Coordinated Early Intervening Services).
All districts are required to complete Private School Data annually in the fall. The collection collects private school enrollment data for the IDEA Part B Flow Through Funds, and provides a calculation of proportionate share of IDEA Funds for parent placed private school students.
All districts are required to submit records in the Abbreviated School Day Application. Students placed in an abbreviated school day program must be reported. The application is open year-round.
All districts are required to complete the Annual Application and Assurances in the spring, to apply for federal IDEA pass-through grant funds. This document assures LEAs will operate consistent with the requirements of IDEA.
