INCENTIVES

​​​​​​​​​The Community Heat Pump Deployment Program Advisory Council membership consists of representatives from entities providing financial assistance under the program for the installation of heat pumps and related up​grades in Oregon homes.

The Council's responsibilities are to study and identify the following:

• Best practices for administering grant funds and providing financial assistance.
  
• Barriers to administering grant funds and providing financial assistance.
  
• Opportunities for providing technical assistance.
