The Community Heat Pump Deployment Program Advisory Council membership consists of representatives from entities providing financial assistance under the program for the installation of heat pumps and related upgrades in Oregon homes.
The Council's responsibilities are to study and identify the following:
- Best practices for administering grant funds and providing financial assistance.
- Barriers to administering grant funds and providing financial assistance.
- Opportunities for providing technical assistance.
