The Oregon Energy Strategy is being developed through a step-by-step process that combines data gathering, technical analysis, scenario modeling, and input from Oregonians with diverse backgrounds and perspectives, as well as from communities all over the state.
The first phase of the project began November 2024 and the development of the Strategy is onging. During Phase 1, an Advisory Group and focus-area Working Groups were formed and several opportunities were made available to the public to learn more about and contribute to the development of the Oregon Energy Strategy.
