Statewide Education Initiatives Account

The Statewide Education Initiatives Account will get up to 30 percent of the money in the Student Success Fund. This will pay for the creation of new programs or expansion of existing programs at the Oregon Department of Education aimed at improving educational opportunities for Oregon students, especially historically underserved student groups. These programs are

• Latino/a/x & Indigenous Student Success Plan
  
• LGBTQ2SIA+ Student Success Plan
  
• School Meal Program Expansions
  
• Youth Reengagement Program
• Diversifying Educator Workforce
  
• SIA Support: ESD Liasions
  
• SIA Support: General Coaching &  Intensive Program
  
• Summer Programs for Title I Schools
  
• Early Indicator and Intervention Systems
  
• Accountability and Transparency
• Promoting Mental Health: Safe and Inclusive Schools
