The NCES Dropout and Graduation Rate Validation and the Four-Year and Five-Year Cohort Graduation Rate Validations open October 24, in the Achievement Data Insight (ADI) application at 1PM and will remain open until December 6. Please be sure to complete your First Period Cumulative ADM data submission and your Exit Adjustment review before reviewing your data in these validations. Note: The new matches to GED certificates have not yet been applied to the data in these validations.

The second part of the Graduation and Dropout trainings will​ be October 24 at 2 PM. You can join the training through the Zoom link. For additional resources, please view the recording of the first part of the training that occurred on October 3, and review the Cohort and NCES Dropout & Exit Adjustment manuals. If you have any questions, please contact your Regional ESD Partners or Paul Skomsvold, Research Analyst.

The Instructional Unit Identifier (IUID) Syst​em opened on October 17, 2024 and will close on September 26, 2025. This system provides IUID numbers needed for staff collections and is open most of the calendar year. The video training took place on the opening day at 2 PM​. The training slides and manual are posted on the IUID Collection page​.

The Fall Membership validation will open on Thursday, November 7, 2024, after 1 PM. It will close on January 24, 2025. Please log into Achievement Data Insight (ADI) to view and validate your data. There is no training for this validation. An updated Oregon student membership manual for the 2024-25 school year will be posted to the pages for the Fall Membership and Student Enrollment validations and the Student Enrollment webpage. There are no changes or new student groups for this validation. Foster student da​ta has been updated in time for the opening of this validation.
