Under House Bill 3427 that created the Student Success Fund, the Oregon State Board of Education is charged with approving administrative rules that govern how the funds are distributed.
All ADOPTED SSA rules are posted on the Secretary of State's website.
All PROPOSED SSA rules are posted on the State Board of Education's Proposed Administrative Rules webpage.
