Oregon has been provided with a final draft of the new English Language Proficiency (ELP) Standards (See Appendix 1). The standards were developed by WestEd, under contract with CCSSO, and in collaboration with the eleven ELPA21 consortium states and Stanford University’s Understanding Language. Below are additional resources to support the English Language Proficiency (ELP) Standards docket for the State Board meeting on Thursday, September 19, 2013.
