Integrated Community Partnership Grants

This grant focuses on funding community-centered approaches to address the root causes of chronic absenteeism. Proposed Projects will be developed at the local level to provide context and appropriate Services to the local community with the aim of removing barriers to attendance and engagement, while simultaneously building systemic supports for Students and families to improve attendance and engagement.

ODE works with grantees to evaluate sustainability, replicability, best practices and lessons learned from implemented projects, programs and services. The data collected and analyzed from grantees’ projects is utilized by ODE to further highlight best and promising practices that support students’ belonging, engagement and attendance.

We are currently funding 16 Projects across the state!

In 2022-23, out of 55 applications received for the program’s first open Request for Applications (RFA), 16 grantees were funded for a total of just over $4 million, with all various regions represented.
