Oregon’s Early Intervention (Part C) and Early Childhood Special Education System (Part B 619) is a partnership between the state education agency and nine local service areas across the state. These regional systems of services and support join other agencies and districts to address the holistic needs of children, families, care givers, and early care and education partners.
