Oregon School District and ESD Financial Data Reports
These financial data reports display actual revenue and actual expenditure data submitted by Oregon's 197 school districts and 19 education service districts.
Each mulit-year data report displays three years of financial data for the 2022-23, 2021-22, and 2020-21 fiscal years. The data reports will be updated annually to provide the most recent fiscal year data and information. The financial data is linked below as downloadable Excel files for your convenience.
These interactive data reports are sorted by district name and may be expanded to display detailed financial data using Oregon's chart of accounts, coding, and categories. A district drop-down feature is available to select one specific district or a selection of multiple districts to view in the display.
- The Oregon School Finance Actual Revenue Report may be expanded to see detailed revenue financial data by source code categories and corresponding amounts reported.
- The Oregon School Finance Actual Expenditure Report may be expanded to see detailed expenditure financial data by function code categories, object code categories, and corresponding amounts reported for each school in each district.
- The Expenditures by Major Function and Object Report displays visual graphics of expenditure financial data by major function code and major object code categories when selecting a certain district and school. Clear filter selections to see statewide totals.
