E-Rate Program Customer Service Center
The Federal E-Rate Program Team is available to help participants with program questions, problems, and system issues. You may either file a Customer Service Case through your profile in the E-Rate Productivity Center (EPC) or you can call (888) 203-8100 Monday through Friday, 8 am to 8 pm ET.
State E-Rate Coordinator for Schools
ODE’s designated School E-Rate Coordinator is here to assist. The State E-Rate Coordinator will:
- Provide the yearly State Eligibility and Enrollment Valid File to USAC. Also provide any required Third-Party Validation Letters from the state.
- Assist program participants with technical support including navigating program process, research, and interpretation of the program guidelines.
- Communicate with the E-Rate Program Administrator and Policy Makers as the designated state representative for E-Rate and Schools.
Please note the Oregon State E-Rate Coordinator will provide technical assistance for program participants in completing their own applications. If you are looking for more hands-on support in filing your application or to outsource the program management completely, you may want to consider an E-Rate Consultant. If your Education Service District or School District does not have a designated coordinating team or consulting team, here is a list of known
