Teacher training requires an on-going commitment to professional development. Below are free resources designed to support inclusive school environments and successful outcomes for all students.

Archived CEEDAR Center Instructional Webinars: High leverage practices, inclusive classrooms, culturally responsive teaching, and more!
Collaboration for Effective Educator Development, Accountability and Reform (CEEDAR Center): National center helping states and institutions of higher education reform teacher and leader preparation programs, revise licensure standards to align with reforms, refine personnel evaluation systems, and realign policy structures and professional learning systems.
Course Enhancement Modules (CEM): Universal design for learning, inclusive education, classroom behavior management, and more!
Developing High-Quality, Functional IFSP Outcomes and IEP Goals Training Package: This training package has been developed collaboratively with staff from the ECTA Center and the Western Regional Resource Center (WRRC) in response to the need expressed from state and local providers to have specific information and resources about developing Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) outcomes and Individualized Education Plan (IEP) goals.
High Leverage Practices: Collaboration for Effective Educator Development, Accountability and Reform (CEEDAR), the Council for Exceptional Children has developed and published a set of High Leverage Practices (HLPs) for special educators and teacher candidates.
Individuals with Disabilities Act (IDEA): IDEA information and resources.
Innovation Configurations (ICs): Innovation configurations promote the implementation of evidence-based instructional practices in teacher preparation activities.
IRIS: National center improving outcomes for all children, especially those with disabilities birth to age twenty-one, through effective evidence-based practices and interventions.
Lead for Literacy Center: L4L’s mission is to provide technical assistance to school and district leaders that builds their capacity to facilitate improved teacher implementation of evidence-based literacy practices for educating students with, or at risk for, literacy-related disabilities. L4L will offer a range of technical assistance supports for districts and school leaders to develop their understanding and implementation of the Lead for Literacy Framework.
