As of January 1, 2024, ERDC will pay an additional 9% for an ERDC payment that is processed late.
- For Home Based Providers: A payment is considered late when a legible and completed billing form is processed more than four business days after it was received by the Direct Pay Unit (DPU).
- For Center-Based Providers: A payment is considered late when a legible and completed billing form is processed more than seven business days after it was received by DPU.
Please review and submit the form below to the Direct Pay Unit if you believe your payment meets the required criteria. DPU will review your submission and will issue an additional payment to the provider if the payment is determined to have been processed late.

This form is for people who want to be paid by DELC to provide child care through ERDC. Note: You need to be
listed and approved by DELC before you start providing child care to families who receive ERDC benefits. The effective date for DELC payment can't be earlier than the date you are approved by DELC.
Request for Direct Deposit
The Department of Early Learning and Care (DELC) offers "direct deposit" for child care provider payments. This means DELC can deposit your provider payments into your bank or credit union account. Direct Deposit is optional and it's free. Once it is set up, there is nothing else you need to do unless you make changes to your account information. You may cancel at anytime by sending a written notice to the address listed at the bottom of this form.

contact DPU at 1-800-699-9074. You may send the form to DPU through the mail or scan and email a PDF to CustomerService.DPU@delc.oregon.gov. If you disagree with a decision made by DELC, use this form to request a hearing.
