The materials indexed on this page reflect Oregon's response to the US Department of Education's request for documentation of our statewide assessment system used for assigning Adequate Yearly Progress (AYP) designations. These materials constitute our submission for peer review under the requirements of the No Child Left Behind Act of 2002 (NCLB).
The items found here provide a complete picture of the assessment system as it is currently used in Oregon as well as a documented history of that system.
