The Oregon Longitudinal Data Collaborative (OLDC) is a collaboration governed by the Oregon state agencies that provide data: Higher Education Coordinating Commission (HECC), Oregon Department of Education (ODE), Oregon Employment Department (OED), and Teacher Standards and Practices Commission (TSPC). You can learn about our governance structure and history here.
The Oregon Longitudinal Data Collaborative (OLDC) is led by an executive governance committee with support from three subcommittees that set policy and direction, ensure privacy and security, and oversee ethical use of the data. These three subcommittees include the Data Subcommittee, Research Subcommittee, and Privacy Subcommittee.
Each committee and subcommittee have voting members from data partner agencies and non-voting participants from the OLDC technical and research teams. More details on each committee can be found in the attached charter.
