Office of the Executive Director
The HECC agency is led by Executive Director Ben Cannon (professional bio here). The HECC Office of the Executive Director carries out the central executive role of the agency and serves as a resource for the Commission and the HECC offices. Our work includes the following.

Office of Operations
The HECC Office of Operations provides all HECC offices with support in in these areas: budget, procurement (which includes grant and contract opportunities), payroll, accounting, and information technology IT). We assist the agency with developing, allocating, and leveraging resources. We provide leadership, direction, and guidance to the agency staff in the development of policies and strategic oversight to meet the HECC’s strategic goals and to be in compliance with state policy and federal requirements.
