We’re pleased to introduce the statewide work of the Higher Education Coordinating Commission (HECC) Office of Research and Data. Explore our research in the Strategy, Research, and Data section of our website. The information here explains our office's responsibilities and how to reach us if you have questions.
The HECC Office of Research and Data collects, analyzes, and reports research and data on postsecondary education and training to help inform decisions and guide progress toward state goals. This includes data on students and their characteristics, enrollments, academic performance, and academic pathways to fulfill reporting requirements as well as program and policy needs. We coordinate with institutions and agencies on student and learner data.
Our office includes the Oregon Longitudinal Data Collaborative, a collaboration of multiple Oregon agencies focused on linking data about students as they move through K-12 education, postsecondary education, and the workforce.
The Strategy, Research, and Data section of our website includes the following and more.
