The Board of Nursing meets 12 times a year and takes disciplinary actions during each meeting.  Listed below are the meetings held for the past year.  The status and any disciplinary documents for individual nurses or nursing assistants licensed in Oregon are available on the OSBN Verification System.

  • The Board accepted the Voluntary Surrender of Cheri R. Atkinson's registered nurse license (200740681RN) for the unauthorized removal of medications from the workplace and directing another individual to falsify client data.  She resides in Prineville, Ore. (NCSBN ID #20460862)
