What are the features and benefits of Your DEQ Online?
Your DEQ Online is a new, streamlined tool for working with the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality. You will be able to:
- Submit applications for new permits, permit renewals, permit modifications, permit transfers and permit terminations.
- Submit permit-required reports, including discharge monitoring reports, annual reports, and plans. Permittees currently using NetDMR for DMR reporting will report in Your DEQ Online starting in winter 2025.
- Pay invoices by credit card or e-check for annual compliance determination fees, permit action fees, plan review fees and enforcement penalties. Your DEQ Online accepts credit cards and electronic fund transfer payments from your bank account.
- Access public records to find permit documents, correspondence, past invoices and payment records with the click of a button.
When will your permit be available in Your DEQ Online?
The Stormwater and Underground Injection Control programs are already using Your DEQ Online to manage permits. Starting in winter 2025, all remaining water quality permits administered by DEQ will be available in Your DEQ Online. Permits administered by City of Eugene, City of Portland, Clean Water Services, DOGAMI, or Rogue Valley Sewer Services will be coming to Your DEQ Online at a later date.
