In early May 2025, DEQ's Solid Waste program will be active in Your DEQ Online, a one-stop place for you to manage your solid waste permits. Your DEQ Online is a new tool for doing business with DEQ.
Once Your DEQ Online is available in May of 2025, you'll be able to:
- Submit applications
- Solid Waste Disposal Site and Waste Tire Permits: new, renew, amend (modifications) and termination.
- Beneficial Use Determinations: new
- Permit Exemptions: new
- Submit notifications
- Conversion Technology Facility Permit Exemption Notification
- Notification of Intent to Dispose of Oregon Waste Out-of-State
- Submit required reports. Those who currently submit solid waste reports on paper will begin reporting in Your DEQ Online. More information to follow.
- Pay fees by credit card or e-check. Your DEQ Online accepts credit cards and electronic fund transfer payments from your bank account. Checks will still be accepted.
- Access any solid waste documents submitted in YDO and view associated correspondence
- During DEQ's final preparations to bring the Solid Waste program into Your DEQ Online, you will continue to submit applications, reports and other notifications as you have been doing.
- Mail any submittals related to the Solid Waste program by April 18, 2025 to ensure receipt by DEQ on or before April 30, 2025.
- Anything received by mail after April 30, 2025 will be returned to the sender with instructions on how to submit.
