As of April 2025, Water Pollution Control Facilities Onsite permit holders will start using Your DEQ Online as a one-stop place for paying invoices and managing your water quality permit.
As of April 23, 2025, the first step will be to establish your user account or update your existing account. It will not be possible to link accounts to WPCF Onsite activity and associated facilities until April 23.
On April 23, 2025, user guides will be posted here for Water Pollution Control Facilities Onsite for the following topics:
- Your DEQ Online Account Registration and Set Up
- Apply for WPCF Onsite New Permit Coverage
- Renew, Modify or Terminate an Existing WPCF Onsite Permit Coverage
- Transfer or Change Name of an Existing WPCF Onsite Permit Coverage
- Submitting WPCF Onsite Discharge Monitoring Reports
- Submitting a Report for an Existing WPCF Onsite Permit
- Paying Annual Compliance Determination Fee Invoice
Your DEQ Online is a new tool that streamlines working with the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality. Many DEQ programs are already using Your DEQ Online, and the module for DEQ's WPCF Onsite Program will be available on April 23, 2025.
Switching over:
- Data migration will be complete by April 16, at which time the WPCF Onsite submittal group and associated facilities will be available in the Your DEQ Online system.
- Any applications postmarked up to April 23, 2025 will be accepted and processed by DEQ. Any applications postmarked after April 23, 2025 will not be accepted and will be returned.
- Starting April 23, 2025, responsible officials (permittees, licensees) and consultants will use Your DEQ Online for applications, reporting, invoicing and payments.
With Your DEQ Online, you will be able to:
- Submit for new WPCF Onsite permits, renewals, modifications, standalone plan reviews, name change, transfers, termination requests, discharge monitoring reporting, permit condition reporting and annual invoice payment online.
- Submit required permit condition notifications of exceedances, resampling events and other actions.
- Expand payment options for annual fees, permit action fees, enforcement penalties, and more. Your DEQ Online accepts credit cards and electronic fund transfer payments from your bank account.
- Manage and track permits to allow responsible officials to check status, view files and connect with staff at DEQ.
- Access public records including permit documents, correspondence, past invoices and payment records with the click of a button.
