Air Quality Permits in Your DEQ Online

Getting started

Establish or update your public user account. For detailed instructions, see Your DEQ Online Account Registration.

As of Nov. 20, 2024, Air Quality Permit holders and applicants are invited register or update their Responsible Official account settings by selecting from the following Air Quality Permitting submittal groups:

  • Air Contaminant Discharge Permits
    • ACDP – Basic
    • ACDP – General
    • ACDP – Simple
    • ADCP – Standard
  • Area Source Registration (ASR) DC (for Dry Cleaners)
  • Area Source Registration (ASR) MV (for Motor Vehicle Surface Coaters)
  • Title V
  • Emission Inventory
  • CAO (Cleaner Air Oregon)

Special instructions for linking to facilities:

  1. Select your submittal group or groups from the Air Quality Permitting list.
  2. Find your facility by searching for source number, for example, 12-3456. This is also the first part of the permit number for air permits. If the source number is not available, search by facility address and locate the correct facility.
  3. Select this facility and then click the “save" button to trigger an approval request.

Your linked facility will be reviewed by DEQ and approved within 3 to 5 business days. Once approved, notification that the account has been updated will go to the email associated with your account. At that time, your account will be ready to use.

For general instructions for linking facilities, see Your DEQ Online Account Registration.
