This page provides a summary of Oregon's mandatory greenhouse gas reported data. Facilities with air quality permits, fossil fuel suppliers, electric utilities and landfills emit large amounts of greenhouse gases. These groups submit annual reports on their greenhouse gas emissions to DEQ. This data does not represent all of Oregon's greenhouse gas emissions. Smaller businesses and agricultural operation do not have to report to DEQ. More information on who must report to DEQ and what they have to submit is available on DEQ's greenhouse gas reporting page.
This data is used for Oregon's greenhouse gas sector-based inventory. This includes emissions from all sectors, including agriculture, industrial, residential/commercial, and transportation. Learn more about how Oregon tracks greenhouse gas emissions at DEQ's greenhouse gas inventory page.
