More information for HRSN providers
Audience: HRSN service providers
- While most of the content in these trainings applies to all HRSN service providers, some trainings may have content specific to working with Open Card/-fee-for-service.
- If you also plan to enroll as an HRSN provider with a coordinated care organization (CCO), please
contact the CCO directly to learn more about their processes.
HRSN provider learning collaborative
During these sessions, OHA and Oregon Rural Practice-based Research Network staff will present educational content and facilitate peer-to-peer learning to support implementation of HRSN climate, housing and nutrition benefits. Participants will share strategies and learn from one another.
Audience: Enrolled HRSN service providers who have offered at least one HRSN service and CCO staff who are coordinating the delivery of HRSN services. We ask OHA staff not to register unless you are a designated subject matter expert for the topic area and have been asked to participate. Recordings will be available to everyone.
In this series, we will be covering:
- Successes and challenges in implementing HRSN benefits and engaging members.
- Effective strategies for engaging and communicating with members about HRSN benefits and eligibility criteria.
- Service provider needs and readiness, including high-priority TA topics and preferred formats to support successful implementation.
- An opportunity for providers to share feedback and ask questions.
Register in advance (required). All sessions are 9:30–11 a.m.
