The staff and budget for the Workforce and Talent Development Board and many of the activities represented on this website are housed in the Higher Education Coordinating Commission (HECC), the agency responsible for coordinating funding and policy for postsecondary education and training in Oregon. The HECC works to improve equitable access to and success in higher education and workforce training for Oregonians statewide.
