Send your questions and comments to us at odds.itprojects@odhsoha.oregon.gov.

The system is planned to launch in 2025. More parts will follow during the year. The exact timeline depends on getting a vendor for the project.

The ODDS project team will work with the vendor team to refine the system design, testing, training and launch estimates.

For more information, visit the Timeline page.

The system will work with other state systems. These include eXPRS, CAM, MMIS, ONE and potentially a few others.

Linking data between the systems will increase user efficiency and enhance data integrity.

We will train trainers to teach others how to use the system's tools as they are added. As new parts of the system are launched, we will sort users into groups for training. Trainers selected for each group will receive information and support from us. This will ensure effective training and ongoing help.

The system will be a flexible Software as a Service (SaaS) platform. While we can adjust its settings to fit our needs, we won't be able to make detailed custom changes.

Change Champion network

During times of change, clear and effective communication is vital.

The Change Champion network includes people from ODDS, case management groups and other affected parties, including representatives from each county in Oregon. These champions support the project and encourage everyone to use the new system. They:

  • Learn about the project and share information with colleagues
  • Promote the project both inside and outside of their organizations
  • Identify issues and risks in their teams and agencies
  • Gather feedback and give it to the project team
  • Help manage resistance to change among their peers
  • Serve as a contact for their organization

Recruitment for the Change Champion network is ongoing because their role is critical for the system's success. Contact the project team if you want to join us.
