The new system will increase efficiency for individual providers and staff through:

Single entry of provider information for initial application and renewals
Automated notices in provider's preferred language
Quick and easy access to credential and compliance information

The system will serve as a central location for provider information across programs including Personal Support Workers (PSWs), Home Care Workers (HCWs) and Personal Care Attendants (PCAs).

The system will provide the following:

A central location to share information between state staff and providers
