What is the Case Management System?

This new system will improve the lives of individuals seeking and getting services in the following ways:

Simplify how information is accessed and shared.
Connect individuals and support staff with real-time data and information.
Help staff by improving accessibility and allow remote access in the field.
Reduce data entry and improve processes.
Simplify transfers between counties.
Provide access to due date tracking and alerts to support ongoing care.

With this system, staff can save time on paperwork. This allows them to focus on providing high-quality services.

The new system will also provide access to in-depth data. This will allow ODDS to make informed decisions to improve services.

Timeline

We are working to finalize the system release timeline. After the timeline is finalized, the project team will announce when system features will be available. They will also announce which user groups have access and when. This will include testing and training resources. Check back regularly for updates.
