All OMB meetings except Executive or Closed Sessions are open to the public. Pursuant to ORS 192.660(2)(f), (h), and (L), Executive Sessions are closed, with the exception of news media and public officials. Committees will convene in Public Session prior to making recommendations to the Board. No final actions are taken by Committees. The Board will convene in Public Session prior to taking any final action. No final actions will be taken in Executive Session.

Location
Official Board meetings are hybrid, and the public is
invited to attend via videoconference. All times are Pacific Standard Time.
All OMB meetings except Executive or Closed Sessions are open to the public. Pursuant to ORS 192.660(2)(f), (h), and (L), Executive Sessions are closed, with the exception of news media and public officials. Committees will convene in Public Session prior to making recommendations to the Board. No final actions are taken by Committees. The Board will convene in Public Session prior to taking any final action. No final actions will be taken in Executive Session.
Public Attendance
Persons attending Public Session for a particular topic are asked to contact staff 24 hours prior to the meeting. This will help ensure that the Board or Committee does not take the topic out of order in the interest of time. If no public parties are in attendance, the Board or Committee will continue on to the next agenda item.
Public Comment
Persons wishing to provide oral remarks, during public comment session, must sign up with Gretchen Kingham, at
Gretchen.Kingham@omb.oregon.gov, by 5:00pm, the day prior to the meeting. If you later decide not to comment, you can decline at the meeting. Not all meetings have an opportunity for public comment.
Submitting Materials for Consideration
Unless stated otherwise, the OMB respectfully requests that written materials be submitted electronically 24 hours prior to the meeting.
Rulemaking
The Board does not accept comments related to a rulemaking once the posted comment deadline for that rulemaking passes,
omb.oregon.gov/rules. This applies to all comments, in writing and/or orally, at Committee and/or Board meetings. This rulemaking process is outlined in
ORS 183.335(14).
Agenda Subject to Change
To assure that the Board and Committees make the best use of meeting time, agenda items may be reviewed out of order. The agenda is subject to change without additional notification. Please notify the Board if you are attending for a particular topic

Public Meetings Law GrievancesIf you believe the Oregon Medical Board has violated a provision of Public Meetings Law, written grievances can be submitted via email, by mail, or in-person. Grievances should be sent or delivered to the OMB's Agency Programs Administrator, Gretchen Kingham, who has been designated as the person to whom a grievance may be submitted.
To submit a grievance in-person, you must submit the written notice to our front desk staff during business hours. Our office is open 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday. The address is 1500 SW 1st Ave, Suite 620, Portland, OR 97201.
To submit a grievance by mail, please mail your grievance to the same address listed above. Please include "Attn: PML Grievance" on the envelope.
To submit a grievance via email, please email the grievance to
info@omb.oregon.gov and begin your subject line with "PML Grievance:". If you have any questions about submitting a Public Meetings Law grievance, you may call our office at (971) 673-2700.
The OMB will respond to your grievance within 21 days.
