Each year, Oregon Law requires every landlord of a manufactured dwelling facility/marina community to register in writing with Oregon Housing and Community Services.
Oregon Revised Statute 90.732 (1) states: "The landlord shall file a registration and pay a registration fee for each facility owned or managed by the landlord."
Registration
You can register and pay your annual park and moorage registration fees online using a credit or debit card, or by using a check.
To Register and Pay Fees Online
To register and pay your fees only, complete the
registration form for manufactured dwelling communities.
Pay Registration Fees Only
If you have already registered your park or moorage and need to pay your registration fees, visit the
park and moorage licensing payment portal.
Registration Only
To register your park or moorage, complete the registration form for manufactured dwelling communities. You are still responsible for paying your annual registration by either paying your fees online or by mailing in a check.

To Pay Late Fees or Civil Penalties
To pay any assessed late fees or civil penalties, visit the park and moorage licensing payment portal. You can mail a check for late fees or civil penalties at the address above.
