CCOs (Coordinated Care Organizations)  CCOs are a network of various health care providers who work together in their local communities to serve people who receive health care coverage under the Oregon Health Plan (Medicaid). CCOs can provide a wide variety of emergency support for OHP members if it is deemed necessary to protect their health. Each CCO has a different process to access this support, so you have to contact the appropriate CCO to see if you qualify. Please note that some counties have more than one CCO.

CCOs also provide community benefit grants to organizations for services to OHP and other community members that promote health, which can include sponsorship of food support programs. Each CCO supports different services based on interest and applications from their area.
