HIV Case Management Services in Oregon
The HIV Care and Treatment program is committed to improving health outcomes for people living with HIV by promoting access to treatment and supporting retention in medical care. As part of this goal, the HIV Care and Treatment program standardized case management services throughout Oregon in 2001.
Program Eligibility: Client must have a verified HIV diagnosis and reside in the service area where they receive services. To qualify for Ryan White Program case management (medical and non-medical) a client’s gross income must be at or below 550% of Federal Poverty Level (FPL). To qualify for Ryan White Program financial support services, a client must be enrolled in HIV case management and their gross income must be at or below 300% of Federal Poverty Level (FPL).
