Rules Advisory Committee meets in Portland January 21

What: A rules advisory committee will hold its second meeting to consider proposed changes to Oregon Administrative Rules (OAR) 333-014-0590. The proposed changes are the result of passage of Senate Bill (SB) 253 during the 2019 legislative session. SB 253 revised ORS 431.382 to include provisions for a local public health authority that has previously transferred its responsibilities to the Oregon Health Authority to request the responsibilities be transferred back to the local public health authority.

Agenda: Review of revised proposed draft rules, review of draft fiscal impact statement and draft statement of need. The agenda will include time for public comment.

The agenda is subject to change and is posted with meeting materials at http://www.healthoregon.org/lhd.

When: Tuesday, Jan. 21, 1-2:30 p.m.
