General Information
Purpose of Funding
The purpose of this funding is to improve housing conditions and health oucomes for residents of low-income households to preserve affordability and availability of existing housing stock by addressing deferred property maintenance issues, and help low-income households including renters avoid displacement through access to home repair funds.

Federally Recognized Indian Tribes in Oregon: Funds are being awarded to Tribes through Tribal set aside funding. Please contact healthyhomes@odhsoha.oregon.gov for any questions related to Tribal funding.
HHGP funding will go from OHA to eligible entities listed above and not directly from OHA to individuals. Individuals are not eligible to apply for funding.
Funding Priorities
- Organizations experienced in improving the health or safety of occupants of residences, maximizing energy efficiency, or extending the usable life of homes, which serves eligible households in Oregon, as defined by Oregon statute (ORS 431A.400), Oregon Administrative Rule (OAR 333-090-0100 thru 333-090-0140), and this RFGA, and
- Organizations serving historically unrepresented and underserved communities including people of color, low-income, and American Indian and Alaska Native communities.

Completed application will include the following:
- Application Form (online using link)
- Attachment 1 Proposed Budget Template
- Attachment 2 Non-Profit Letter of Determination (if applicable) received from the Internal Revenue Service must be submitted with the Application (Nonprofits ONLY)
The application can be made available in an alternative format upon request such as in other languages or large print. Please contact
