College and Career Training with ICAP

Imagine a program created for your career success

The Inclusive Career Advancement Program (ICAP) is designed to help you get training and find employment in a high-demand field. You’ll work with a team of disability and employment experts who will help you as you navigate toward a career, not just a job. Tailored to fit your individual interests, strengths, abilities and employment needs — ICAP opens the door to possibilities.

ICAP is only for people with disabilities who are officially eligible for Vocational Rehabilitation (VR).

How do I get started?

If you are already a VR client:

  • Talk to your VR counselor about ICAP!

If you are not a VR client and want to see if you qualify:

  • Contact your local VR office. Ask for an intake appointment to get started.
  • The eligibility process for VR can take three to four months, but it will open doors to ICAP and many other services and supports to help you on your path to your future career!
