This form is for laboratory use for reporting total tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) in pre-harvest tests of hemp.

Use this form to request an official sampling from the ODA or an accredited laboratory.
ORELAP (Oregon Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Program) accredited laboratories who are licensed with the Oregon Liquor and Cannabis Commission (OLCC) can conduct pre-harvest testing of hemp. Filter the search by "cannabis."
