Oregon's Eligible Training Provider List (ETPL) is a tool for Oregon job-seekers and the WorkSource Oregon partners who support them. This page provides guidance to training providers on adding trainings to the list.
As a WorkSource Oregon partner, the HECC Office of Workforce Investments oversees a number of workforce programs, including federally-funded programs authorized by WIOA. To be eligible to receive WIOA funding to support training for a WIOA program participant, the training provider and its program of study must be on this list. The current ETPL is available here.
Guidelines for Training Providers
Please review the Policy and Resources below prior to submitting applications to ensure the training program meets all eligibility requirements.
Beginning in spring 2025, the Eligible Training Provider list (ETPL) and applications will transition to HECC’s LEARN platform, a modernized information technology platform which is undergoing development now. Updated procedures will be available in the coming months as the new platform goes live. This is expected to make it easier for partners and individuals seeking training to access and navigate the ETPL.
Continued Eligibility
The application for continued eligibility is required 1 year after Initial Eligibility, every 2 years thereafter. For inquiries on your Continued Eligibility application, email HECC.ETP-LIST@hecc.oregon.gov.
