Compliance Inspections

The 2005 Energy Policy Act requires that each regulated underground storage tank facility be inspected every three years. During the site visit, DEQ inspectors will determine whether UST equipment is performing correctly, and whether the UST equipment has passed the testing required by OAR Chapter 340, Division 150.
