Oregon Governor Tina Kotek at the beginning of her term (January 2023) issued a memo that set operational expectations for leaders of Executive Branch state agencies. With a vision to improve customer service for Oregonians, these expectations seek to break down siloes, to serve as guideposts for public servants across state government, and to improve systems that serve individuals and families in all corners of Oregon.
