About Us
The Strategic Initiatives and Enterprise Accountability (SIEA) team comprises several sections that serve a strategic role in these primary objectives:
- Providing resources and central coordination to ensure that state agencies, including DAS, meet Governor Kotek’s high expectations around accountability.
- Managing communications, legislative relations, policy and administrative rule development, and diversity, equity and inclusion efforts within DAS and across the enterprise.
- Working together to aid DAS divisions in achieving the DAS Strategic Plan.
