Governor Kotek envisions improving customer service for Oregonians by making state operations more efficient and effective. This vision aims to empower our 42,000 public servants to deliver the essential services and support that Oregonians rely on. New strategic plans have been established to guide our work, break down silos, and enhance systems to better serve individuals and families across the state.
These plans include:
  • Strategic Plans: Provide clear direction and focus, guiding the agency towards achieving its long-term goals and fulfilling its mission and the Governor’s vision.
  • Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Belonging (DEIB) Plans: Foster a workplace culture that values and respects diverse perspectives and backgrounds.
  • Information Technology (IT) Strategic Plans: Align technology initiatives with the agency’s mission and goals, enhancing service delivery of resilient, adaptive, secure and citizen-centered digital transformation.
